After years of facing challenges with accessibility and inclusive practices in both personal and work settings, I realised that my skills and experiences could drive positive change. My aim is not only to support and empower Deaf and LGBTQ+ individuals but also to help others become more inclusive. By offering education, practical tools and advocacy, I hope to empower people and organisations with the knowledge to create accessible, respectful environments where everyone can engage fully and thrive.
